GRAVITY ZERO products are available at local stores recognized as Offical Dealers for GRAVITY ZERO products.
If you buy local at your Authorized Dealer you are entitled to receive full warranty service.

GRAVITY ZERO does not encourage on line sales at discounted prices so if you see offers at low prices consider possibility you are purchasing products from Anauthorized Dealer and you will not receive any warranty service.

For warranty service we require sales documents stating dealer name, date of purchase, price of product.

We have a fixed price policy so huge discount does not come from Authorized Dealers.

All the products we sell come with the original manufacturer's warranty. The terms of warranty may vary according to the type of product and from manufacturer to manufacturer.

How to return products

Follow these instructions to return goods:

Before returning the goods you must send an e-mail to our customer service at assistenza@gravityzero.it with the following data:

The order number / The description of the item(s) you are returning / The reason for the return / Your e-mail and phone number.

With GRAVITY ZERO - TECHNICAL DIVING EQUIPMENT you may choose your preferred payment method.

Direct bank transfer You can pay us via direct bank transfer. You will find details in the order form you fill.

Orders will be processed only after we receive the payment notification. To speed up delivery we suggest you to send us a copy of your payment receipt via fax at our number +39 329 6314724

NOTE: You will be charged in Euro.

Shipping We deliver anywhere in the world using BARTOLINI express air courier who guarantees delivery within 5 days in Europe, within 10 days in US & Canada and within 15 days everywhere else in the world.Parcels will be delivered directly at the shipping address you provide when you complete your order.Products are properly packaged for transportation and in case of damaged or broken parcels you should refuse them. We cover all the return and product substitution expenses.Shipping expenses are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods. The total amount is shown in the order form when you select the shipping destination.

Custom duties If you live outside EU you will be subject to import duties.
